Toddler Tapping Zoo: Animal Sights and Sounds App Reviews

This application has great potential... but we have to really strain to hear it in a silent room.... This defeats the purpose entirely..... Please fix. Thanks

Really have to strain to hear. The kids get distracted by other stuff. This really needs to be fixed. Otherwise there is no point in buying it

Didnt know cats & dogs & crickets & mice were Zoo Animals. Go 2 the bathroom & flush $1 down the toilet, better spent that way then on this app

This is fairly entertaining for my 15 month old. The volume of the sounds is lousy and I a few of the animals sounds could be better and more identifiable (like the monkey and parrot). The iPhone ringer sounds are a lot more entertaining for her...except for there are no pictures like the tapping zoo has.

My 15 month old loves the pictures, the sounds arent so great. Half of the sounds sound like the correct animal others (mouse, orca, dolphin, monkey) are too off to tell what they are! For the price paid Im overall happy. Maybe an update will come out with better sounds.

The sound quality isnt the greatest, but we enjoyed flipping through it.

This would be a good app if it worked. It freezes up all the time and some of the sounds dont work.

No sounds. Locks up on the cow. May be the iPhone 3.0. Hopefully there is an upgrade that fixes the problems. Oterwise I deserve my money back.

Great idea, but froze up on me the first two times I opened. Appears to need some tweaks for 3.0 software.

No sound and freezes at the second pic. What a waste. You get a picture of a dog, a cat, and then it freezes.

Now it freezes on the cat screen every time. Please fix it soon Tipitap! My toddler is missing it big time!

I was excited to find this app for my 2 year old, unfortunately after i purchased it the app became stuck only after a few animals. To even get it to move to other animals you have to sometimes wait up to 5 seconds before you try or it just locks up. I was only able to hear a few of the animals and the sound quality was really low. I never did get the Dog (the first animal) to play a sound at all. I really think they need to fix this app if they want it to get any reviews above one star. From what i have seen of the reviews, the ealier ones were good and only the later ones were poor. maybe they have an issue the the latest updates...

Great sound, images and easy navigation. My toddler is delighted and giggles with every animal. But my favorite part is asking him to repeat the animal sounds! Working perfectly well on 3.0.

Thanks for the upgrade. Faster, lighter, and zippier app. My 4 year old enjoys this simple (yet effective) app so much! He chuckles just by seeing the picture of the cow. A little tap and "MOOOOO!!!" and starts to giggle. Worth it every time. 3 cheers for the Tapping Zoo!

I have the new iphone 3gs- and this App is awesome- great for little ones learning animal sounds!

Sound does not work!! I was looking forward to have my liitle guy play with this and he likes it but I dont. You promised sound and it did not deliver!!

I downloaded this app and shared it with my grandmother who has alzheimers. She enjoyed seeing the animals. The slide interface could be improved; the page turn arrows were of no use. It would be nice if the slide interface worked while ones thumbs are on the left and right side of the screen. That toy where you pull a string and it makes an animal noise sounds better than this app. Maybe thats where the sounds were recorded from!

This app used to freeze on me instantly, so I contacted the Tipitap folks and after a very quick response, they updated the app. It works like a dream now! My 15 month-old loves it! It has saved us in many situations, including a 3-hour long flight. The pictures are great and the sounds are very realistic. I would highly recommend it to anyone! Buy it!!!

What will they think of next!! This is totally worth a buck. Sanity is priceless with a toddler!
